At SK Originals, every product is made especially for you after you place an order. Because our products are printed on demand, we aim to maintain quality while keeping our policies fair and transparent.

Returns

We offer a 3-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect

  • Be reported within 3 days of delivery

  • Include clear photos showing the issue

  • Be unused and in its original condition

Non-Returnable Items

As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Personal preference

  • Color variation due to screen settings

  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping information

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled because the item is custom-made specifically for you.
